• Serve as an ambassador for bringing Panera Warmth to life with each guest interaction.
• Execute duties in specific areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist guests in entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.

• Minimum age requirement of 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lb.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication and ability to understand directions in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for guests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic food safety knowledge and practice training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law).
• Enjoys working with food (food service experience preferred but not required).
