Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You may assist members loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires being on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed and inform members when products are unavailable; offer alternative options when needed
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies; dispense items when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company s products and services
• Assist with processing member purchases, assisting with payments and using cash registers according to policies
• Locate, organize, and maintain available carts/flatbeds; zone designated areas; transport items for members
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply Open Door Policy in daily work
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; communicate progress and information; adapt to change and feedback
• Promote member products and services and maintain parking lot cleanliness
