Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, with actual rates meeting or exceeding the local minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums of $0.35–$3.00 based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks.

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
