T Mobile Authorized Retailer Assistant Manager

Job Overview

The Retail Assistant Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T‑Mobile’s aspirations and ensuring the customer experience meets the company’s high standards.

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with passion for T‑Mobile’s Manifesto and ensure a customer‑first mindset.
• Ensure every customer need is met and build confidence with a comfortable, simple, solution‑oriented experience.
• Observe and provide feedback on Mobile Associate interactions for development, training, and coaching.
• Effectively manage customer wait times; stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay updated on products, services, training, and leadership best practices, and ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly success metrics.
• Assist in maintaining store environment quality, visual displays, and interactive devices; execute Retail Methods & Procedures.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems, corporate and store communications; deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses, discounts, and credits.

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to interact with teammates and customers.
• Preferred:
  Bilingual Spanish speakers (not required).

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
