We are seeking a passionate, people‑first store leader to oversee store operations. The Store Manager is accountable for increasing company business results, delivering operational goals, and prioritizing coaching and development for their team.

• Directly involved in the interview/hiring process and build an effective store team with diverse backgrounds.
• Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction, data analysis, expense control, and workforce budgeting.
• Ensure floor sets, visual standards, cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Prioritize community involvement and build relationships with local leaders.
• Drive shrink results through compliance with safety, loss prevention, and cash‑handling procedures.
• Manage team with a people‑first focus, building trust, actively listening, and dedicating time to teammates.
• Lead through coaching and development and infuse learning into day‑to‑day leadership.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel safe, welcome, and respected.

• 3 years Retail Store Manager experience or 5 years related management/customer‑focused experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong people‑management skills and ability to develop talent.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
