Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers retrieve and package products for customer orders, working across all departments. They engage customers when dispensing orders, especially during peak hours. The role is fast‑paced and may involve assisting in‑store customers while fulfilling online requests. You will also handle the order dispensing process, maintain accurate records, and adhere to store procedures during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
