Store Associate​/Cashier-W23

Overview

We are looking to add several roles at our Longview, TX location(s). If you have 7-Eleven or Gas Station experience, you may be the right fit. We are hiring for multiple positions with various shifts to fit your needs.

• Store Associate/Cashier
  • 1st shift - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • 2nd shift - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • 3rd shift - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

You will be joining a team that values excellent customer service, high energy, quick learning, and reliability. Prior convenience store experience is not required as training will be provided. Multiple positions are open across shifts.

• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Drive sales through effective communication with customers
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in the store
• Perform cashier duties (ring sales and maintain cash control)
• Perform all regular cleaning activities and other tasks as assigned
• Forecast, order and stock merchandise with training
• Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors

Occasional lifting up to 40-50 lbs; constant standing, bending, reaching; lifting 1-5 lbs frequently. Requirements may vary by franchisee.
