First Cash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate positions at our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with transactional inquiries while upholding store standards.
The role combines hourly pay in the $11–$14 range with potential commissions based on productivity. You’ll work with a variety of merchandise and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
