Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist; Spanish

The position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. It also requires promptly resolving customer concerns, maintaining high product quality and visual standards in the store, and consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The job involves contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value. The Company conducts a criminal history review as part of protecting its operations, customers, staff, vendors and the public.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales

• Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
• Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
