Supervise associates in the assigned area and provide direction to ensure member service and adherence to policies;
Oversee Club Pick Up and ecommerce operations including Ship From Club, auditing online feedback, resolving complaints, and identifying trends;
Train and develop associates, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure adequate coverage for ecommerce pickup;
Execute Club Pickup plan, update club operations with KPIs, audit customer orders for accuracy, ensure equipment is ready for associates;
Lead process improvement efforts, collaborate with management to close gaps and improve productivity and quality for Sam's Club Pickup.
