Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests, assisting them with their video gaming needs, and recommending additional items as appropriate;
Fully support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised store;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented on the selling floor;
Meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals
