Provide high level customer service in the meat department and maintain product knowledge and preparation techniques;
Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries and rotate stock to prevent aging;
Follow safety, health, weights and measures regulations; adhere to department procedures;
Assist customers with questions, special orders, and provide direction to product locations;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the meat department and equipment; follow 'Clean as You Go' and 'Fresh at 4' programs
