MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day operations and drive store performance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, uphold merchandising standards, and execute strategies to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will also lead customer engagement through the membership program, mentor trainees, manage inventory and shipments, and ensure strict adherence to Miniso policies.
