Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and encouraging customer commitment
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training
• An Associate's degree or higher is preferred

• Experience in customer service or sales environments
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
