• Guaranteed base pay of $15 / hr, plus performance bonuses, where you can earn between $50,000 to $60,000 per year, TOP Promoters can make up to $70,000+ per year.

• Approach and engage potential customers at big box retail stores and events.
• Initiate conversation and help customers arrange free in‑home consultations on a product of their choice.
• Promote our company products and services.
• Provide excellent customer experience.

• Must have weekend availability.
• Fun and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, genuine interest in working with the public.
• Retail and Customer Service experience welcomed.
• Face‑to‑face marketing, brand ambassador, lead generation, or appointment setting experience— a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation; this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
