About the Role
The Sales & Business Development Representative plays a key role in driving growth for iClass
Pro by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers. Through a combination of inbound lead follow-up, outbound outreach, virtual demonstrations, and industry events, this position helps youth activity centers discover the value of iClass
Pro's software solutions. The successful candidate is goal‑oriented, highly organized, and passionate about building relationships while helping businesses achieve their goals.
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities
- Conduct discovery calls and virtual software demonstrations with prospective clients
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, follow‑up, and lead nurturing
- Manage opportunities, activities, and customer interactions within Hub Spot CRM
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, social media, and other outreach methods
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts and coordinate follow‑up as appropriate
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to represent iClass
Pro and generate new business opportunities - Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through implementation
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and iClass
Pro product enhancements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a related customer‑facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable building relationships through phone, video, email, and in‑person interactions
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently
- Experience using a CRM platform such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or a similar system preferred
- Ability to learn new technology and effectively communicate software solutions to prospective customers
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed performance expectations
- Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, conferences, and company events as needed
