As a Sales Associate, your objective will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty.

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including but not limited to:
  • Greeting and serving customers
  • Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs
  • Ensure all visual standards set forth by management and the company are always maintained
  • Problem‑solve for any customer issues and involve management for assistance
• Manage complex customer service situations by applying a high‑touch level of assistance to VIP clientele on a regular basis, ensuring VIP retention
• Remain up‑to‑date and educated on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand
• Actively listen and act on any instructions given by management or superiors as defined at any time
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and the company’s code of conduct
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings
• Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and proactively communicate to a manager if obstacles arise
• Serve as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your sensibility, style, and established connection to the local and broader communities where the brand culture flourishes

• 1 year of previous sales or customer‑service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while remaining committed to creating an amazing customer experience
• Self‑motivated, team player

Pay Range:

-21.74
