Outside Sales Administrator - Longview, TX

Salary Range: $30.00 per hour +Commission Plan

• Provide OSR with administrative support associated with:
• Credit Applications and new account forms
• Contract pricing forms, rollback forms and rollback calculations
• Orders and quotes that requires special handling and cannot be taken care of by the counter sales team, long quotes (over 20 items) for bids and more complex orders
• Customer usage reports when needed, including cost savings reports
• Assistance with billing questions, credit assistance and AR resolution
• PSAs prep
• Support site activities as required (counter, warehouse, etc.)

Performs other duties as assigned
