Maintenance Technician opportunity available at our Summer Green Apartments in Longview, TX.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 5 weeks

Location:

Responsibilities:

Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Assist in property grounds maintenance
Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in the maintenance field required
Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
Light plumbing and electrical experience
HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification preferred
CPO Certification preferred
Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening

Competitive pay ($21-$23 hourly)
