RCW Energy Services is seeking a dedicated Hydrovac Operator for a full-time on-site role based in Longview, TX. The Hydrovac Operator will operate heavy equipment to perform hydrovac excavation, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining equipment, adhering to safety standards, assisting with excavation activities, and providing excellent customer service while on job sites.

• Proficiency in Excavation and expertise in operating Heavy Equipment
• Understanding of safety protocols and experience with Fall Protection
• Background in Commercial Construction practices and processes
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Physical ability to perform job-related duties, including working in various weather conditions
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is highly preferred
• Ability to work in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
