Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a skilled and motivated Technician with 1–2 years of experience in carpet & upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, and/or water damage restoration. Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning & restoration services.

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company and industry standards per the IICRC.

• Education and Experience:
  
  High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical
  
  Skills:
  
  Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• 1 year of cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Carpet Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
  • Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
    * preferred but not required
