ScheduleMonday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks
Responsibilities- Ensuring that work orders are being completed and assigned to team members based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Monthly budget analysis with Property Manager
- Manage and maintain a consistent preventative maintenance program
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
- Managing bids and planning major repairs from third party vendors
- HVAC experience required
- EPA certification required
- CPO certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in the maintenance field
- 1+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry preferred
- Experience managing 1+ employees
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Experience with light plumbing and electrical work
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
- Competitive pay ($26-$28 hourly)
- Up to $4,000 a year in quarterly bonuses
- On-Call Bonus structure $100 per week on-call

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
