If you're a service tech who can diagnose fast, communicate clearly, and leave every customer better than you found them - Alco Air wants you. Our performance-based pay means your skill sets your income. The better you are, the more you make. Simple as that.

You’ll run maintenance and service calls scheduled by Dispatch, inspect every system top to bottom, and give customers honest options built around what they need. Show up on time, do clean work, protect the home, and keep your truck dialed in. That’s the gig.

• Run maintenance and service calls from Dispatch, on time, every time
• Give each customer an accurate ETA and walk them through what to expect
• Inspect every HVAC system thoroughly and flag any issues you find
• Offer clear ABC options, plus service agreements and comfort upgrades
• Debrief with Dispatch, track parts, and keep your paperwork tight
• Leave every home as clean - or cleaner - than you found it
• Keep your truck stocked, inventoried, and inspection-ready

• EPA Certification (R-22) - required
• High school diploma or GED
• NATE/ICE Certification - a plus
• Sharp troubleshooting on refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Tablet/smartphone comfortable, GPS-capable
• Can lift 50+ lbs and handle the physical demands of the trade
• A pro who shows up sharp and treats customers right

This is hands-on work - indoors, outdoors, attics, crawlspaces, all kinds of weather. It’s physical, and it’s demanding. But if you take pride in your craft, we’ll keep you busy, keep you trained, and pay you for it.
