Alco Air is looking for an experienced Lead Installer who takes pride in clean, code‑perfect work and knows that a great installation is about more than equipment—it's about the customer experience from start to finish. In this role, you'll run your own installs, mentor your assistant, and set the standard the rest of the team measures up to. With a performance‑based pay structure offering $80 K+ earning potential, your skill and drive directly shape your paycheck.

If you're ready to lead, grow, and do work that lasts, we want to hear from you.

  • Install HVAC systems—including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini‑splits, and ductwork—to minimum standards and installation manual requirements
  • Perform thorough start‑up and testing of installed systems to ensure proper operation, and complete and sign the Safety, Quality, and Assurance Report
