  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixtures, etc.)
  • Educate homeowners on repair vs. replacement options
  • Identify and recommend upgrades, replacements, and additional services
  • Provide clear, upfront pricing and close work in the field
  • Deliver a clean, professional, high‑quality customer experience
  • Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
• Qualifications
  • Residential plumbing experience (3+ years required) (service‑focused preferred)
  • Experience with water heater installs (tankless a plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and build trust
  • Comfortable recommending solutions and closing work
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
