Residential Service PlumberTri‑State Water, Power & Air is looking for a Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. If you know how to deliver great service and spot opportunities in the field, this is a high‑earning role with real upside.

- Educate homeowners on repair vs. replacement options
- Identify and recommend upgrades, replacements, and additional services
- Provide clear, upfront pricing and close work in the field
- Deliver a clean, professional, high‑quality customer experience
- Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
- Qualifications
- Residential plumbing experience (3+ years required) (service‑focused preferred)
- Experience with water heater installs (tankless a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and build trust
- Comfortable recommending solutions and closing work
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
