• operating crane under complete control
• operating crane under supervision
• inspecting the crane and all of its components and below the hook lifiting devices routinely and periodicly to ensure its safety and the safety of all involved
• performing routine maintenance
• carrying tools for performing repairs as needed
• understanding and executing the job billing process
• wearing required personal protective equipment while performing work
• cleaning and maintaining the crane and all components utilizing manufacturers recommendations during assembly/disassembly while erecting crane and while operating the crane in all configurations, directing truck drivers and crane helpers during the process of assembly/disassembly, crane set up, and scope of work
• mentor other crane operators, crane helpers, etc.

• must possess a n.c.c.c.o. Crane operator certification card for size and type of crane operating
• must possess crane operator qualification evaluations on all types of size and type of cranes operating
• must have necessary knowledge of osha regulations, and ansi standards associated with crane and rigging services
• must be proficient in oral and written communication
• must be able to take direction(s) from supervision
• must perform daily and monthly equipment inspections
• must follow all safety and company policies and procedures as well as that of customers
