Stone-Bridge-Personnel is seeking a Make Ready/Maintenance technician for apartment and house units. The role requires hands‑on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry to restore vacant units to market readiness.
HVAC is a plus. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required as you will travel to sites; mileage is reimbursed. Expect a Mon-Fri schedule from 8:00 to 5:00 with a pay range of $15.00–$22.00 per hour.
