CDL B Driver – Inside Sales

Location:

Longview, TX – Retail shop
Pay begins at $26/hour with eligibility for quarterly bonuses, referral bonus, and comprehensive family benefits.

• Build relationships with customers as the first point of contact via in‑store, phone, or online.
• Engage in inside sales: assess customers’ needs, provide quotes, and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain store operations: organize merchandise, process sales in system, and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Deliver products by operating a Class B CDL truck, delivering gases and welding products reliably on schedule.

• At least one full year of verifiable Class A or B CDL driving experience within the past five years, or a recent graduate of an accredited driving school.
• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain Hazmat upon offer.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and minimum age of 21.
• Physical ability to lift 25–75 lbs routinely and up to 125 lbs with equipment; endurance for up to eight hours of driving and hazardous cargo handling.
• Familiarity with sales platforms (e.g., SAP, CRM) or quick learning of computer order entry systems.
• Customer‑service oriented and proactive attitude.
