Equipment Operators at Rail Works play a vital role in constructing, repairing, and maintaining railroad tracks using heavy equipment. This position offers the chance to work on challenging rail infrastructure projects in a collaborative and safety-focused environment. Ideal candidates are those with at least one year of heavy equipment operation experience in construction and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
