Job Summary

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Financial Package

Full‑time drivers earn $903.55–$2,021.54 per week ($46,984.82–$ per year) depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service. Pay includes mileage and accessorial compensation such as tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, and over‑dimensional pay.

Flatbed Regional Rate: $0.57–$0.71 per mile.

Hiring Bonus – Eligibility

Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving to receive the payout.
Payout across 12 months: four payments of $1,250 every 90 days.
Owner/operators and trainees with less than four months CDL‑A experience are not eligible.

Transition Package

System Transport offers a $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for orientation over the first two weeks.

Hiring Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
21 years or older
Clean driving record (no more than six jobs in the last three years)
Four months or more CDL‑A driving experience
Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result required
Physically able to lift a ninety‑pound tarp onto a five‑foot platform twice

Trucks are equipped with lane departure, forward collision warning, hard‑brake monitoring, and satellite communication. 24/7/365 road service and maintenance support are provided. The driver portal offers real‑time updates, pay, trip data, PTO, and support.
