Energy Transfer Partners is one of the largest Master Limited Partnerships with one of the most diversified portfolios of energy assets in the United States totaling more than 71,000 miles of natural gas, crude oil, natural gas liquids and refined products pipelines with associated terminals, storage and fractionation facilities in 38 states.
The Energy Transfer Crude Trucking organization currently hauls crude oil in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas, and Louisiana to truck stations throughout these regions. Our Drivers help to aggregate the crude oil purchased from individual leases and then haul back to our pipeline injection points.
Our Drivers typically work a rotational schedule, up to 12-hour shifts with various day and night start times. Our fleet consists of day-cab tractors to allow our drivers to be home every day at the end of their shift.
Bonusesmust meet eligibility requirements for all bonuses
- $2,000 Tuition Reimbursement (Driving school graduates)
- $800 Quarterly Safety Bonus (with additional $500 at the end of the year)
- ET Annual bonus plan — includes eligible earnings for the calendar year.
- Paid Per load – $0.6535 total mileage and per barrel at $0.3328
- Hourly rates for other activities when not hauling oil
- Night differential pay – $25.00 per night

- Represent Energy Transfer with professionalism
- Safely transport crude oil from lease locations to pipeline injection points
- Accurately test crude oil quantity and quality
- Maintaining tractor/ trailer in accordance with all D.O.T. Regulations
- Provide high level of service to customers
- Adhere to all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
- High School diploma or GED
- Class A CDL with tanker and Hazmat Endorsement (X)
- Minimum of one-year verifiable oil field experience
- OR
- Two years of over-the-road driving experience
- OR
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school
Minimum Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass background check pursuant to local, state and federal rules regarding transportation of hazardous materials
- Pass Energy Transfer’s D.O.T. physical, drug screen, and obtain a D.O.T. medical card
- Previous gauging and crude oil tanker hauling or bulk hazardous material transport experience
- Handheld/onboard computer experience
