The primary job duties for the Driver position are to operate a long-bed utility vehicle pulling a 20’ trailer loaded with windows and doors; must assure safe delivery of products from warehouse to drop-off at various customer locations throughout East Texas and Western Louisiana. Will physically unload product, inspect product, obtain customer signature, collect for COD orders when needed. A CDL license is not required.

Will drive Utility @type truck and pull 20' trailer loaded with windows and doors. Must be able to operate standard and automatic truck. Must have 2-3 years’ experience; must present themselves professionally.

MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE; have a valid drivers’ license; CDL NOT REQUIRED. Must have the ability to lift 100lbs+ safely;
Must be able to successfully pass a Road Observation Test which tests ability to operate our equipment; must pass Work Steps Physical Agility Test; drug test, criminal background check (no felonies) and an MVR.

May also perform some light mechanic functions assisting the Maintenance Mechanic with performing routine maintenance of the vehicles, i.e. oil changes, maintaining tire pressure, check tires for wear, cracks, foreign objects, lug nuts, fluid levels, lights, hoses, belts, windshield wipers, etc.

The Delivery Driver usually works M-F, 7:00 - 3:30; will have a moderate amount of overtime.

On rare occasions, will have overnight travel.

Will drive an established route approximately 200-mile radius of Longview, daily.

Pay is dependent on experience; $18/hr. to $20 hr. to start

Must pass a background check and drug test.

Valid Tx Driver's License required.
