Warehouse Picker Order Selector – Longview, TX
Job Overview
- Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using a voice audio headset.
- Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly from floor to overhead.
- Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
- Hand shrink wrap orders with label and move completed orders to the loading dock area using an electronic pallet jack or walkie‑rider equipment.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
- Full‑time
- Monday – Friday
- 10:00 AM – at least until shift end
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
We are looking for a self‑motivated and team‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, stays active, and is excited to spend the majority of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.
Total Rewards- Pay starting at $18.56 per hour, moving to $19.58 per hour after the 6‑month anniversary.

- Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to overhead throughout the shift.
- Ability to use a headset, voice‑activated order selector picking system.
- Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
- Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.
