Materials Handler / Warehouse Technician
Hospitality Health ER is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Materials Handler / Warehouse Technician to support inventory management and supply distribution for our emergency facilities.
In this role, you'll help ensure our clinical teams have the supplies and equipment they need by maintaining accurate inventory, organizing warehouse operations, and transporting materials between facilities. Your work directly supports our ability to deliver exceptional patient care.
What You'll Do- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas.
- Process inventory transactions using our digital inventory management system.
- Transport supplies between the warehouse and Hospitality Health ER facilities.
- Deliver freight and replenish departmental inventory as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify leadership when supplies reach reorder points.
- Rotate inventory using proper stock rotation methods.
- Assist with filling supply requests from facilities.
- Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members to support efficient operations.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies while handling materials and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Clean criminal background.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using technology and inventory management systems.
- Ability to follow instructions while working independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, honest, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
