Warehouse Worker – Longview, TX

• Stores, removes, loads, and unloads all types of materials from storage bins, pallets and vehicles that cannot be handled by material handling devices
• Operates manual or mechanical devices and stocks inventory shelves
• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Assorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, or color
• Moves materials and supplies from the warehouse and prepares for delivery
• Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools, or stock items
• Records material items received or distributed
• May maintain inventory records
• Performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain work area
• Performs additional assignments per supervisor's direction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Forklift certification may be required at some sites
• Post‑offer drug/alcohol test, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
• Compliance with company and client job site safety requirements
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $19.61 – $24.45 per hour. No per diem available.

May be required to: climb ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level; maintain balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.; reach in all directions; handle and manipulate objects and materials; coordinate the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lift 30 to 50 pounds from ground/waist/or overhead; carry objects, tools, equipment, etc.; stand/sit; walk; push; pull;

bend; kneel; crouch/squat; see with or without correction; hear with or without correction; wear respirator and other PPE; type/data entry; use stepstool; work in excessive heat, cold, or loud environment.
