Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
  
  • Oversee the general ledger and manage month-end and year-end close processes
  
  • Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions
  
  • Review payroll-related journal entries and ensure accurate reporting
  
  • Coordinate annual audits and collaborate with external auditors
  
  • Maintain internal controls and support accounting process improvements

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  
  • CPA strongly preferred
  
  • Experience independently preparing financial statements
  
  • Prior accounting management or leadership experience
  
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
