• Ensure caregivers meet all training and licensing requirements and maintain compliance with state and organizational standards.
• Manage and maintain caregiver files, conduct orientation training, and process background checks.
• Provide clerical support and perform personnel-related duties under supervision.
• Interact with staff, customers, and the public as an integral part of the role.
• Perform recurring assignments with limited instruction and resolve day-to-day problems with available guidance.
• Assist with office administration as needed.
