ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Senior Global Sourcing Analyst develops and executes seasonal and long‑range sourcing strategies for key product categories, focusing on Outerwear and Technical Apparel. The role aligns sourcing with company objectives for quality, delivery, profitability, and compliance, supports global initiatives, and fosters cross‑functional collaboration.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and maintain seasonal source strategies within long‑range planning tools and executive summaries.
- Analyze vendor capacity, cost competitiveness, and compliance to optimize sourcing decisions.
- Monitor global customs and trade regulations; assess implications and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Support long‑range planning and strategic initiatives across global sourcing regions.
- Partner with stakeholders (Product, Planning, Costing, Quality teams) to achieve business objectives and communicate sourcing changes effectively.
- Ensure vendor compliance with labor and sustainability standards, support corrective actions, and resourcing when issues arise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in apparel sourcing or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of global manufacturing and costing processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Travel up to 15% international.
- Familiarity with sustainability and compliance standards.
- Industry expertise in optimized sourcing strategies for Outerwear and Technical Apparel categories.
- Understanding of evolving global trade regulations and their impact on sourcing decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
