This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and Requirements- Schedule:
Coverage Dates Needed: 6/29 & 6/30. Shift
Schedule:
8am-5pm - Setting:
Clinic - Procedures/Cases:
Family Dentistry – mostly kids. Procedures needed: prophies, extractions, x-rays filings, pulpotomies, sealants, crowns, periodontics treatment, exams/hygiene checks - Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days
- Requirements:
Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
