Pay Rate
: $280 - $285/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Radiation Oncologist for a temporary assignment in Longview, Washington. These positions are 26-week locum tenens contracts with the ability to extend.

• Practice as a Radiation Oncologist (MD/DO) in an outpatient setting serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• Work a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00am to 4:30pm, 1.0 FTE
• Manage an average of 15 patients on treatment daily, 2-5 consults per week, and 5-10 follow-up appointments per week
• Perform radiation oncology-specific clinical activities including patient consults, simulations, and follow-up visits in clinic operations
• Work independently as a solo provider
• Maintain current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Hold an active Washington state medical license or IMLC with Letter of Qualification (LOQ); applicant must have at least applied for Washington licensure via IMLC at time of pre-application
• Provide documentation (case list) of clinical services provided to a minimum of 50 patients within the previous 24 months, representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested, including diagnosis or procedure, date, and facility where performed
• Utilize Epic EMR system for clinical documentation
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirement (no exemptions accepted)
• Adhere to all applicable credentialing, privileging, and compliance documentation requirements
