Description:
Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Provider type: MD/DO.Full-time equivalent needed: 1.0.Expected duration of assignment: 6 months.

Candidate will work solo.
Licensed candidates must have applied for Washington license via IMLC at time of application.
Required certifications must be from recognized authorities.
