Pearce Services is seeking an OSP Engineer III in Longview, Washington. As part of your role, you will lead the engineering of complex outside plant programs, ensuring compliance with NESC standards and managing project budgets. You will mentor junior engineers and drive quality through field validation and rigorous QA/QC measures.
Preferred candidates are familiar with CAD systems and have experience in permitting and ROW coordination. This position offers a salary range of $33 - $36 USD per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
