Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and welcoming Concierge to join our team at Canterbury Park!

Full-time and Part-time opportunities!

Earn between $18 and $20/hour, dependent on experience!

You enjoy providing exceptional customer service. This role provides top notch customer service to staff, residents, and guests, working closely with all departments to achieve the highest standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Review daily status alerts
• Deliver resident mail or community correspondence as needed
• Perform a variety of evening tasks related to preparing the building for nighttime
• Performs required rounds and tasks to maintain a secure environment for residents and staff
• Performs a variety of tasks necessary to maintain a clean community and atmosphere for residents and staff
• Performs morning tasks to open up the community and make it a warm and friendly environment for residents to wake up to
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
