Overview

Tambry Ventures, a family‑owned organization of 28 salons in California, Oregon, and Washington, is seeking licensed Stylists and Barbers for full‑time or part‑time positions across multiple locations.

Base pay ranges from $17.50 to $20 per hour for experienced stylists, with additional commissions, bonuses, and tips averaging $27–$40+ per hour. Other benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance for full‑time staff, paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) plan, product commissions, weekly paychecks, and opportunities for career advancement.

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain a welcoming salon environment.
• Stay current on industry trends and techniques and apply them in styling services.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic workstation and adhere to salon SOPs.
• Participate in ongoing training and support a collaborative team atmosphere.

• Licensed cosmetologist or barber in the state of application.
• Friendly personality with a commitment to inclusivity and excellent customer service.
• Curiosity to explore new trends and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast‑paced salon.

• Flexible schedules for part or full‑time availability.
