Follow state laws governing occupational therapy in home care;
Follow the plan of care and instruct patients in evidence-based treatment;
Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment to nurse supervisor and physician;
Instruct patient, family, caregiver, and health-care team members in therapy within the scope of the OTA
