Overview
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Longview, Washington.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- WA Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Pay: $2,077.87 - $2,142.13 / week
- Location:
Longview, WA - Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day - up to 40 hours per week
- Setting:
Rehabilitation Center - Workplace:
On-site
