Speech Language Pathologist Pay Range:$55-70/hour
Job Description:
School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Longview, WA | School Year | Up to $70/hour Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the school year in Longview, Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
Schedule:
Full time, 7 hours per day M-FSchool Year: (August start date)
In-person only Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
Conduct evaluations and write reports
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
