This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.
We're currently seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide services to a8 year-old client in Longview.
- Schedule: Approximately
25 hours per week (T-F 3:30-7:30PM) - Setting: Home and/or school-based
- Preferred Candidate: Female CBT

- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
- Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
- Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every client
- Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Required
An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is required. We do not currently offer training to obtain the certification.
Applicants without an active CBT certification will not be considered.
- Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed
- Two or more years of experience working with children
- Previous ABA therapy experience
