CT Technologist / CT Tech – Weekend Days (Fri–Sun) | No Call

This position offers a dedicated Friday–Sunday schedule with three 12‑hour shifts. That means:
- A consistent routine
- Four days off every week
- No call
- More focus during your shifts—and more life outside of work
Hiring rate is based on education, training, experience, seniority, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. There may be more than one opening on this posting.
As a CT Technologist, you will perform CT exams that support fast, accurate diagnosis while delivering calm, compassionate care to every patient you serve.
- Prepare the CT room for each exam.
- Review patient history and prior imaging before the scan.
- Choose the correct exam based on the patient's condition.
- Partner with radiologists and providers when questions arise.
- Explain the exam clearly to each patient.
- Support patients before, during, and after imaging.
- Adjust the exam if patient needs change.
- Operate the CT scanner safely and accurately.
- Check image quality before completing the exam.
- Follow radiation safety standards at all times.
- Start IVs and perform venipuncture as needed.
- Complete interventional CT procedures when assigned.
- Help train students or staff when requested.
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (required)
Experience
- Experienced CT Techs with at least 1 year of experience highly preferred.
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong understanding of age‑specific patient care
- Proven venipuncture skills
- Experience using PACS and RIS systems
- EPIC RIS, FUJI, or Intelli Space PACS experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- ARRT in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or Computed Tomography
- ARRT CT certification highly preferred at hire; required within 1 year of hire
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
