Qualifications:
- Active Washington State SLP License (Department of Health)
- Washington State OSPI ESA license with SLP endorsement (must be fully licensed)
- SLP-CCC with school-based experience preferred
- Familiarity with a wide range of mild to severe disabilities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Eagerness to engage in an onsite role
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and support to students from elementary to high school
- Design, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and support staff
- Conduct assessments and deliver reports in accordance with school guidelines
- Foster inclusion across classrooms and learning environments
