Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State SLP License (Department of Health)
  • Washington State OSPI ESA license with SLP endorsement (must be fully licensed)
  • SLP-CCC with school-based experience preferred
  • Familiarity with a wide range of mild to severe disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Eagerness to engage in an onsite role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy and support to students from elementary to high school
  • Design, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educational teams, families, and support staff
  • Conduct assessments and deliver reports in accordance with school guidelines
  • Foster inclusion across classrooms and learning environments
